...and to make David D'Amato's connection to Adolf Hitler complete, on 10 July 1999 David D'Amato while speaking about Jews on newsgroups soc.culture.jewish and soc.culture.israel Usenet groups, stated in his racist commentary, "a pity 6,000,000 more did not shriek and burn in the ovens at Auschwitz."

On D'Amato's site DAVIDSTARR.NL Damato alleges that David Starr suffered a federal
conviction. The Federal Bureau of Prisons maintains a public record of each person
convicted of a federal crime since 1982...

There are no independent sources who are stating the David D'Amato is speaking the truth about the conviction of
David W Starr or anything else for that matter, but there are many hundreds of independent sources who speak of the
conviction and actions of David D'Amato, including several newspapers worldwide - viewable at

David D'Amato is also speaking of mental illness. there is no record that David Starr has ever suffered any mental
illness, but in 2001 the court required that David D'Amato continue his mental illness treatment as a condition of
his release. This is proven by the court records excerpt of US v David D'Amato.
03/22/2001 Judge Douglas P. Woodlock. ORDER entered setting Conditions of Release for David P. D'Amato : Deft is
released on personal recognizance with the condition that the deft continue with his mental
health treatment, and a $5,000. unsecured bond shall be signed. (eaf) (Entered: 03/23/2001)
This order was entered based on David D'Amato's statement in a hearing held at the time of his plea bargain,
David D'Amato told the court he had been under the care of a psychiatrist since January of 2000 for Internet
addiction and job-related stress.
Another lie bites the dust!
David D'Amato has a well established history of hate, prejudice and vindictiveness. Just ask all the guys who have
been harrassed and victimized by him posting videos of them everywhere.

David D'Amato has denied posting those videos on the Internet, but the fact is that the Garden City address of TD DESIGN
belongs to no other than David D'Amato, this fact was verified in January 2006. The address is a UPS store maildrop,
when a person applies for a mailbox at such a place, they are required to fill out a form (USPS Form 1583) for the
United States Postal Service requesting commercial mail delivery. This document contains no other than the signature
and ID number for David D'Amato.
LIES UNDER OATH
The following statements were made by David D'Amato while under oath, anyone who is wanting and willing to provide
commentary to repute the following may do so by clicking here.
Written declaration on November 9, 2006:
When I worked with David Starr on the marketing of tickling videos that he produced, those videos were advertised and
sold to people in New York. Other than that I have not been involved, since January 2001, in any manner these or other
tickling videos, I have no reason to believe that there has been any change in such marketing or sales.
Most of the notoriety I gained as a result of my work with David Starr and my federal misdeameanor conviction for
crashing an e-mail server has been limited to New York, where I have lived and worked for nearly all my life.
I have been embarrassed and humilated by having to explain to my father, collegues, and subordinates at my place of
employment, that I am not (nor have ever been) either a cyberterrorist or the owner of income-producing tickling
fetish websites, or the owner of a "phone blaster" system that is used to harass thousands of people by phone.
I have also been embarrassed in answering inquiries made by former classmates, former teaching and administrative
colleagues, and former students and parents.
October 10, 2006 in open court David D'Amato made the following statements under oath:
My only relationship to that was that I e-mail advertised the availability of such videos for purchase. I had nothing to
do with their production or creation.

Another lie is Mr David D'Amato's statement that he is no longer involved in tickling websites or the production of
tickling videos, I would like to share a couple of letters both written by David D'Amato in December 2001 stating that
he is ready to expand his tickling productions, not to curtail them. Click on letter 006 and Letter 007 or scroll down to bottom of this page.
You can verify the hardwritting as that of David D'Amato. This is in direct conflict of a statement he swore under oath
on October 10, 2006 during his direct examination by Attorney Valli. David D'Amato is quoted as saying, "I had
nothing to do with their production or creation. That relationship promptly ended in July of 2001."
[10/10/2007, Page 13, line 23] The relationship continued until 2006 when it was terminated by me and after
that all the harrassment started. A simple review of the letters will prove this is a lie. Also, if there is any doubt on the author of the letters, a court verified statement signed under the penalties of perjury is available, signed by none other than David D'Amato. The handwriting sample is available by clicking here. Take note to the words "Garden City" as they are virtually identical.
The exact document, as filed in court is available to court judges, personnel, or law enforcement agents are available just for the asking for the purposes of authentication.
The document makes reference to the fact that in my last position at West Hempstead High School, where I was Assistant
Principal and Director of Guidance, I was dismissed for this conviction exactly as Mr. Starr describes it. I've never
been dismissed from a position.
[25] "Your Honor. Those websites alleged by Mr. Starr as being under my control are not, never have been."
In this statement he is referring to all the sites listed on the main page, such as CHEYNEWHITE.COM, DAVIDSTARR.NL and
all the others.
It is truly amazing that this guy has the gaul to lie like this!!
